Prior to Platinum Properties Group, Moore spent over a decade with Moore & Co. Commercial Real Estate, Adam Commercial Real Estate, Park Midwest Commercial Real Estate and United Properties, focusing on tenant representation and property lease and land sale listings.

Moore prides herself with offering clients a highly efficient workflow, quality work and a philosophy of sustainable consistency when seeking property listings. Land Brokerage- With her knowledge of the Greater Twin Cities and surrounding areas, Moore can visualize and realize a parcel's potential, helping maximize a client's return on an investment. She also is knowledgeable in area communities, minicipal processses, including zoning and land uses.

Surplus Property Disposition—Moore provides clients with a vast knowledge of market conditions and a thorough analysis of an asset’s position within that market. The ability to extract value from a surplus asset is a critical factor in a return on a real estate investment.

Property Marketing Strategy—With years of experience in marketing, plus a degree in this field, Moore can create a successful property marketing strategy that will not just meet, but exceed, each client’s goals. The best marketing strategies are those that promote and market effectively a property and increase interest in a property. Such strategies may include commercial MLS website listings, signage, broker alerts, electronic mail, professional and aerial photography and marketing materials. Researching the property’s traffic counts, demographics and other property specific data is critical in making a deal with the right tenant and/or property for the tenant representative client.
